Rules of the Buy Now Plan:
1. Artist must own the copyrights of all
selected song that are submitted
2. Artist must sign a License Agreement
with YO-HITS.com to sell, promo digital
downloads to potential customers
3. Artist will allow 6 months of exclusive sells
rights to YO-HITS.com of Artist's Material.
4. Artist will select 5 Ringtones
5. Artist will have a maximum number of 10 songs
6. Artist will hold YO-HITS.com harmless of any
third party claims to any rights to Artist's
work
7. Renewal at the end of term every 6
months automatic unless Artist Cancels
Membership.
